This is a picture of a LOCKE suspension insulator that a friend of mine would sell if anyone is interested in it. The marking is LOCKE/ 1944/ USA if you can not make out the details in the photo.

Here's one of the chains I got. 3 of them are 1938 ones and the one at the end is a 1937 date. The older 1937 ones are stamped on the underneath rim (see other picture).

Here's the date stamp on a locke suspension. These chains have three consecutive Thomas insulators and a Locke at the end. I think the line was upgraded at a later time.
