Note the setup here. 4 suspension for dead ending = 55kV ? There's a pintype insulator on the top right of the pole. It blends in with the rocks on the hillside behind it so it's hard to see. Looks like the wire on is is dead ended with a single disc. Origionally I was thinking this was some wierd power setup with 4 phases but it looks like is a 3phase 55kv line with an overbuilt 2400? line right next to it.
