Here is a photo of the insulator. The embossing is highlighted, and you can see that it matches mold style three.

Of all the hundreds (thousands?) of beehives we have looked at in the past couple years, we have only found these two petticoats with the 'M' mold embossing. Here in Utah, these seem to be the least common mold letter.
