Here is a yellow green CD 133 H. G. Co. It has a milk swirl in the dome and several elongated bubbles along with it.

The damage is limited to a thumbnail chip on the rear near the mold line and what I believe to be an open bubble directly on the mold line. Additional shots can be found here:
