What is this? The piece stands 5" tall and the vertical section is about 2" in diameter. The base is perfectly smooth and shows no sign of wear or damage. It is threaded with the standard threading. The glass looks well made, and it is aqua in color. Can you tell me what it is? Is it a new CD number? Why or why not? (Certain people are disqualified for obvious reasons and you know who you are!)
