Dark Blue: Data from ICON
Green: Small and large sizes in Hemingray Catalog
Purple: Small and large sizes in Brookfield Catalog
Orange: CD 1138, CD 1140, CD 1142
Note that the small Hemingray and the large Brookfield match a reported size within 1/8"
My personal conclusions:
There are two distinct clusters of sizes, and those are within the sizes listed by the manufactures
The CD sizes in the Price Guide do not map well to any known sizes
