The Jefferson State Insulator Club serves insulator collectors in Oregon and far Northern California.

JSIC holds meetings periodically throughout the year, and schedules periodic insulator hunts. Membership is open to all insulator enthusiasts. Membership dues are $5 yearly. A newsletter will be published periodically.

Saturday, May 2, 2009 Jefferson State Insulator Club's spring swap meet, at the home of Dale & Carol Blakely, 5670 East Evans Creek Rd, Rogue River, OR 97537. Swap starts at 11:00 AM, BBQ in afternoon. Kentucky Derby insulator "race". Bring an insulator "horse" for a chance to win. Side dish, salad or dessert welcome for BBQ. Bring tables if you can. May 22, 2009 23rd Annual Spokane Spudfest & Glee Seminar. Same Bat time, same Bat channel. Friday, May 22 - from noon till ? Informal tailgater and bull sessions. Saturday, May 23 - 0800 to 1700 hrs. Strictly regimented show and swap. Same location as always .... 731 E. 35th Avenue, Spokane, WA. Grumpy's famous Texas Spud lunch and hide-the-pickle contest on Saturday. August 1, 2009 Jefferson State Insulator Club late Summer insulator swap and BBQ at Mid Norris' insulator ranch in Chiloquin, Oregon. Yep its back after a 1 year hiatus. Event is open to all persons interested in insulators and their associated go-withs so bring anything you have to sell and trade or maybe just show them off and buy a couple. Come early and stay late. Early arrivals are welcome Friday with the main event Saturday. Rural setting with acres of space to pitch a tent or bring your RV.
