Footnotes
- ↑ Andrew Gibson. Only one mold year has been found.
- ↑ Andrew Gibson. O_4 is the only date marking found.
- ↑ Andrew Gibson. After discussion with Bob Stahr and Bill Meier at Springfield in 2006(?), it appears that the 1934 mold set was re-worked. The mold dates were blotted out, and re-engraved as 38, and the lettering was reduced in size. The would be the [130] with the blotout. It is unclear whether new molds were made or not, which would be the [050] without the blotout.
- ↑ Andrew Gibson. 43:: is the only date code found on this style.
- ↑ Andrew Gibson. Copies of Armstrong blueprints from Richard Wentzel show the mold for the CD 160, and they have a hand written "Obsolete 9/19/57" across one corner.
- ↑ 6.0 6.1 6.2 6.3 6.4 6.5 Missing per N.R. Woodward
- ↑ According to this study to date.
- ↑ According to this study to date.
- ↑ Arlen and Gene believe that these are style numbers, not shop numbers. "2" is the only reported number, and other K.C.G.W. styles have different numbers.
