Both have some minor flaking etc, the one on the left has a big burst bubble on the base, so it's not a chip.

Here is a Tough-to-Find Blue-Aqua CD 162 No Name No.19 that was made by Hemingray. The aqua shades have shown to be tougher to find than the cobalts.
