Here's the pole after I removed one of the insulators. Although it looks like a hot sunny day, the wind was blowing a gale and the pole was shaking violently. Because of this I only managed to remove one of them, my arm was beginning to ache after sawing through the crossarm and I am hopeless sawing with my left arm.
