This jar/bottle says:

U & O ANOINTMENT

BINGHAMTON, N.Y.

It has a ground top on it. It was at a garage sale today for .25. I know the familiar DR. KILMER'S name, but I never saw one of these before. This jar is 1.5 inches high.
