What exactly is this? My mom picked it up for me from an antique store earlier this week. It's just under 5" tall, and 4" wide, it has an unglazed, threadless pinhole, and basically, the entire insulator consists simply of three enormous wire grooves, one on top of the others. Any ideas? I'm also posting a photo of the base.
