Here is an unusual glass "bell" insulator that I salvaged from a derelict power transformer at a fiber factory. The insulator sat on top of a ceramic terminal post as it is pictured. One wire lead was fed up through the dimple at the bottom and another wire lead came out the top. Interesting, but not particularly beautiful.
