Small Russian or perhaps Ukrainian green signal, thick skirt, weak embossing "B C 3" (V S Z) and has a small "bulls eye" incused into the crown. There are two other BC3 / VSZ embossed insulators, a CD 586, and a 586.? which has a flat top instead of a saddle groove.
