Here is a pic of the newest collector around our place, a 4 week old baby Umbrella Cockatoo. Of course, his first collection needs to be one of feathers, he's naked as a jaybird at this time!! I just removed him from the nest box yesterday and we will now be hand feeding him for the next 8-10 weeks or so, until he is eating totally on his own, and going to his new home. Thought some of you might like to see what it is we do here, and I will post pics on a weekly basis (I hope) so you can monitor his progress. Feel free to suggest names too!
