For the past 7 years an area we call the "main dump" has been covered with 4 feet of recycled newspaper. Recently most but not all of this area was scraped by a track hoe in preparation to lay down gravel for parking. This area will not be available to dig for to much longer, so we are concentrating on this area. Most all insulators you see scattered around are D-990,D-510,and D-512 that are broken or fractured.
