Anyone out there tell me anything about this "SS" in diamonds marking? I think it may be German, the style is a good match to two other German manufactured signals. Elton Gish answered . . ."According to Marilyn Albers' book, it is a Canadian company Smith & Stone, LTD established in 1920. They made both wet and dry process porcelain. Apparently it is still in business in Georgetown, Ontario with sales office in Toronto."
