Well i found the work order in the dumpster also and it shows a pole with some fuses on it highlighted which makes sense because there was a whole set of arresters and switches in the dumpster so we KNOW that's where the 34Kv line was struck by lighting and if you follow the line it comes back to this substation and into the switches i found well sure enough these switches were flashed over except the middle switch which was phase B but this is the insulator on phase A. WOW!
