Here are building a new 400 kV line. Unfortunately it will use composite Insulators. But the company said me: "The composite is not good to our weather, the best is the glass for us. Now we are working on the Insulator changing from composite to glass suspensions." It is good news :-), but they like the porcelain to 20 kV.
