Last week I went to England and Wales for some insulator hunting with friends James Bancroft and Derek Milward. The first day we went to this pole in Wales at an abandoned section of GWR; Great Western Railway. The pole is situated at a bridge of a pretty trafficed road. The pole sports a fine selection of insulators; Single grooved ones marked "GWR", big railway pattern screw tops (dry spots) plus at the top some very rare double grooved Cordeaux pieces of the biggest terminal pattern. Wales offered us a good snowfall to add to the cozy atmosphere!
