This is a CD 127.1 embossed "L.A.C.S (S underline) Pat. July 25th 1865" on the front crown and "W.U. Pattern" on the front skirt which was found on the Central of Georgia Railway telegraph line which ran South out of Macon, GA to Albany, GA. This is a nice blue color although the color ran from rich blue to various shades of aqua. The mould mark on the top dome is an old script 3 in a circle. There was no one place where the WUP's were concentrated. I found around 10 to 12 of these which were mostly traded into the hobby. In the next picture I will show three different shades from blue to aqua.
