With the classic 2+3 shells shape, Paderno were patented in 1897 and some versions are still in production. This is the classic MV Italian insulator, created by Ing. Semenza for a 13.5 kV line from Paderno d'Adda power station to the city of Milan. This explains the name of this insulator. PS: aren't they lovely? * Fabbrica Isolatori Livorno [IFONA U] |
