The CD 145 dome embossed W. Brookfield was common on the Central of Georgia Railway telegraph line. Often there were three or more on each pole. Colors ranged from aqua to blue aqua, shades of green, and shades of SCA. This is a CD 145 W. Brookfield (arched) / 45 Cliff St. /N.Y. on the front dome and "1" Pat. / Jan 25th 1870 on the back dome in a light shade of yellow green. Unlike the purple CD 145 Brookfield's, the green shades were found at random over the main North - South line between Griffin and Albany, GA. You will note that in the three postings in shades of green the embossings are all different and are a very good representation of the various embossings found in Georgia.
