This one has me stumped so going on the high side if it's an unmarked New Lex. No flat inner skirt and is not dry process but IS a beautiful signal nonetheless. Rusted securely on a cast iron pin and will make a perfect display piece. The porcelain is just about perfect with a small flake on the inner skirt. Measures 3 1/4" x 3 3/4".
