This is just an unusual piece with a big bubble not far from the "B" embossing. There is also a backwards "7" on the dome. There is half inch flat spot to the base, which I think is an unerpour, like an open bubble. There is a quarter inch diameter white mark ping about 1.5 inches left of the "B" (in the opposite direction as the bubble).
