Two great colored tolls that are rarely seen for sale. A dead grey that really stands out in a color lineup, and a strong steely delft sort of blue. I picked both these pieces 50 years ago, and recently reacquired them in a collection purchase. The grey example was one of several dozen found on a farmer line leading north along Highway 97 from Riverside, Wa. The steely-delft dude was picked in northern Snohomish County, or southern Skagit County, where we found this colored scattered about on old openwire leads. Both have a similar skirt flake off a drip seen in the pic, and perhaps a few flaked drips. Great color, display, and history. $30 each, shipped to US addresses. |
