This insulator is a CD 304 top and a CD 310 base that is nicknamed Coolie Hat. It is embossed on the front in faint pressed in embossing; "HEMINGRAY PATENT MAY 2 1893". The insulator is a blue aqua color that is strong on the blue side. The top has a 1" flat chip under the crown top in the back and 9 drips with flakes off them. The insulator displays very well as shown in the photos. Priced at $250.00 plus shipping.
