A light milky aqua Hemingray No 9. Stamped embossing and has evenly rounded sharp drips. Like the RDP CD 152 Hemingray No 40, this was likely an under-pour that gives this insulator elongated, but rounded drip points. However, there's a single sharp drip point under the A in Hemingray. All drips are intact and there's perhaps a few tiny fleabites. Also to mention is on the rear side, there's (2) blemishes that look like arcing scars. One small one on the lower lip edge and a bigger arc mark below it just above PATENT.
