Here's an oddball Canadian piece. T.C.R.-embossed CD 145s are pretty abundant on large swathes of the old Grand Trunk Pacific / Trans-Continental Railway through the eastern part of the prairies and into Northern Ontario, Quebec, and New Brunswick. However, it's unusual to find them in grey or purple shades. This one is a sort of steely/icy grey-blue colour that is definitely not the typical aqua. I struggle sometimes to give a definitive name to colours like this as there's a blurred line between "steel grey" and "grey tint", as listed in the guide book, and these things are usually found as points along a colour spectrum, so the listings only offer so much to help. It's shown at right in this photo, next to an example in the much more common light aqua colour. As you can see, it certainly isn't the same!

This example has a single 1 cm long flat, shallow flake on the rear, outer base edge behind the right mold line. Otherwise I see just a single deep wire rub on the rear lower wire ridge. It's nice and shiny overall.
