Unusual Hemi-42 type dome on CD 122 Hemingray-16

This really stands out seen in person. A Hemingray-42 type and width dome and upper groove lip on a CD 122 Hemingray-16. I'll try to get better pictures ASAP. However, this piece does stand out amongst others of the same CD.
