Both of these small "pony" insulators were used for local phone service. Both are in very nice condition. The Hemingray has some rust patina white the brookfield is opaque from being buried or sand blasted by the elements. Left: Hemingray-10 with round drip points. The only damage is a shallow cut from a wire. Right: Boldly embossed W. BROOKFIELD / 45 Cliff ST / N.Y. with a "6" on the back crown. There is a nice dome bubble close to the 6. There are small pit marks and small abrasions scattered over the outer surfaces, mostly on the dome.
