Left: This is an early machine made insulator because NEW YORK is embossed. The earlier hand made insulators are embossed NY. It has the 1883 and 1884 patent dates. There are nice fizz bubbles throughout and a nice amber string on the skirt. I left some of the tie wire rust to give it more character. There are only a few flea bits and a tiny bit of roughness on the lower wire ridge.

Center: The amber strings show up well in this insulator. It is embossed "HEMINGRAY" on the front skirt and No 19 on the back. There is a very hard to see light bruise to the upper wire ridge above No 19. A small base chip removes half of one drip point and makes a light spot on the adjacent drip (bruise). The insulator is shiny and clean.

Right: This insulator again has the 1883 and 1884 patent dates but the 1883 date is embossed in an arc. There is a ¾ inch piece of amber in the skirt on the dated side. There is an annealing crack centered in the amber. The SN is 18. There is an over-pour around about a third of the base, which is jagged. There is a half inch shallow chip on the petticoat.

$8 each or $20 for all three plus $12 to $20 shipping in the USA
