White U-283 Westinghouse signal with a light(?) radio-treated top, with heavier drips adding a little character. Most of the treated Westinghouse pieces I have seen have a much heavier application, this one is almost just a 2-tone glaze. There are a couple random numbers incused into the dome, perhaps a '1' and a '0'? Hard to tell. One minor ding on the side of the dome is the only damage. Asking $15 plus shipping.
