Beautiful splotchy blonde unmarked Pittsburg U-148 beehive. The extra light color, and the character of the glaze makes this a really nice example! There is an area below the wire groove to the left of the smear where it looks like something expanded under the surface during firing and started to bulge, but didn't fully blow out. Fantastic condition with just a couple super faint scuffs on the surface and a tiny nick off the lower wire ridge. Asking $40 plus shipping.
