Here's a rare glass insulator from France that was made for the Santa Fe Railroad in Argentina. Unlisted embossing: ISOREX/FCSF (front) 234 (reverse). An insulator embossed ISOREX 234 was assigned 552.4 but it has a different profile than ones shown in the books or NIA website! This is not a cable top but instead has a round head! First one for sale on ICON and am only aware of 2 others in collections.

Measures 4 3/8" tall X 3 3/8" wide. Also has unusual 7/8" pinhole!

Typical deep wire groove rub marks and a 3/16" peck (shown in photo), some light use marks and very light base wear. I've had this in my collection for many years and don't recall seeing another show up since.

First email gets this rare insulator for the great price of only $200 plus shipping! Don't snooze on this one! Thanks
