Here is my insulator fence, the tree out front, and Tammy standing under the arch the tree branches make! This is after a good night (some the day before) of snow. Is this unusual? Not really -- welcome to a taste of the Great Lakes Snow Belt. It takes all kinds - and this is my kind of weather! It is a pity someone knocked some of the snow from off the insulators on the fence. They had looked like small, aqua and clear 'windows' mounted in the midst of a large white wall.

Who needs palm trees when you can have a sight like this?
