What CD is the insulator second from the right? Is it a CD, or is it something else? It is about 2" tall, 1 1/2" wide at the "base", 1 13/16" wide at the widest, and about 1 3/16" wide through the "wire groove".

(update): the general consensus is that this is a LRI of some sort, but it doesn't appear to be one previously reported.
