For sale, a dark purple Brookfield (CREB) beehive, as dark as I've ever owned, and likely as dark as they come. Embossing is good, but not as strong as they can be, but still readable. Even the "PAT/JAN 25 1870" on the rear dome is readable! Nice carbon bubble at the top of the dome. "3" is the mold number for those interested. Damage report: tiny flake on the left skirt at the base (see photo) and a tiny dome scuff above and to the left of the embossing to the left. Most people wouldn't notice either one.
