Of all the CREBB listed EINs, this is the only one (EIN060) that has a just plain "BLUE" listed. In talking to a seasoned CREBB collector, this is the standard by which CREBB blue is defined. It has a tinge of aqua, so it is more like Brookfeild's "Hemi-Blue" I suppose. There is a nice milk string about 3/4s of the way around the insulator, right behind the embossings. Damage consists of a 1" scratch from the wire groove into the skirt and a series of short scratches above the wire groove in the same spot. This is on the dated side of the insulator. There is a half inch base flake.
