I wouldn't say glower but this piece stands out quickly in the shelf as it did for me at the antique store today. In any case it's nice and as for condition it has an open bubble on the upper front wire groove near the right mold line. Base has two areas of bruising but no glass is gone and only 3 drips are partially flaked. Petticoat and pin hole perfect. $325 anf that includes postage to US addresses . Piece won't disappoint.
