This picture shows the Chance piece I mentioned earlier plus a pretty light blue piece marked PAT APPLIED FOR on the metal front. This is a weird special design and I assume it was made for Hubbard & Co. due to the glaze color being the same as Peirce spool insulators I have. Also the Pat Applied For letters are the same as ones on another Pierce piece I have.. I wish I could find a catalog showing this piece to verify who made it. Neat anyways.
