This combined group shows the different styles of wireholder type streetlight or primary line insulators I have. The top picture pieces are all unmarked but I have a few gueses as to who made them but no proof. The bottom picture is mostly unmarked except for the 4th and 6th pieces were made by Lapp Insulator Co. and the last piece is marked with a diamond L and CI marking (Colonial Insulator Co.). I have a few other pieces of the large ribbed style made by Westinghouse, Joslyn and Illinois insulator companies not pictured. In the top picture, the 3rd and 6th pieces were in the Hartford faience Co. lot and are a Line Materials Co. style so I assume they made them for LM. If anyone has a catalog page showing the Lapp style I'd love to see a copy of it. I've had no luck finding one.
