I bought this insulator from an online auction. It's dimensions are to big for it to be a 115.1, but it almost fits a CD 116.5 perfectly. The shape is more like a 115.1 though. It's a strange blue/grey color. It's 4" high & 2 3/4''+ at base. It fits a standard wood pin. You would think its American. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking for a CD# and a value to put on it. Thanks. -Travis
