Beautiful carnival, this was used indoors in a substation so the color is close to when it left the factory. I rarely call anything mint, but I can't find any damage, I'll say VVNMM+, probably is mint though. A light amount of glue on the wire groove that was put on the rope that was attached to the insulator, comes off easily with lye. Asking $70 plus $9 for shipping.
