CD 121 AM TEL & TEL CO toll line insulator. Note; NO PERIODS in the embossing. AQUA with some nice streaks of amber in the dome. Smooth base. Super nice condition with no distractions to note. Has a more "squarish" wire groove and large " O " in CO. Most likely a HEMINGRAY product.
