This insulator is a CD 293 embossed; Fred M Locke Victor N.Y. with patent dates. It is a blue color with lots of fine milky bubble wisps in the glass. The bubble wisps show up best with base lighting. The insulator is in near mint condition with only an open bubble on the outside skirt base at the RH mold line.
