This insulator is a CD 254 embossed on the front; Hemingray and No 3 Cable on the back. It is a deep blue color and has sharp drips. The insulator is in very near mint condition with only a tiny 3/16" thin flat flake on the outside edge of the front and a hard to see bruised drip point. A beautiful displaying power piece.
