Blue aqua, unembossed and crude saddle block LRI. Small end left, a broom shaped chip on the top and the lower corner is blown out by a factory bubble. Lower left on the larger end is a tissue thin half inch flake up and to the right. There's also some shallow base corner chips on the larger end not seen. The opposite side shows the broom saddle chip more than this side. Has the expected small flakes and chipping for this type of LRI and many cold folds.
