This insulator is a CD 190/191 embossed ; P.R.R. on the dome top and; B on the base skirt. It is a dark aqua color with an amber swirl in the top. The PRR embossing is nice and bold. The insulator is in very near mint + condition with no chips or cracks. It comes with a pin to hold it together. This is a very nice tramp with character.
