This insulator is a CD 304 top and a CD 310 base that is known as a Coolie Hat. It has faint pressed in embossing; Hemingray Patent May 2 1893. The insulator is a blue aqua color that is strong on the blue side. It is in very near mint condition with the top having 4 drips with flakes off them. A beautiful displaying piece.
